This Residential Sales Agent, Door to Door initiates and closes residential sales transactions to meet or exceed company sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. Candidates must:
Spend a 4-5 hour workday making sales at customer residences.
Present competitive energy solutions that meet customers needs, while adhering to XMS brand values and Code of Conduct requirements
Meet or exceed sales quotas
Effectively manage prospects and leads in their assigned sales territory
Maintain records and timely complete all required reports to fully execute objectives.
Maintain high level of open communication and morale within the work group and among supporting work groups
Assist in presenting results/implications and recommendations to management
Earning potential is $300-1200 per week. You control your paycheck.
The minimum education requirements are:
High school diploma or equivalent
Undergraduate degree a plus
The minimum requirements for this position are:
Ability to pass a background screening
Face to face sales experience is preferred
Experience in the energy industry, deregulated electricity, cable, telephone, or similar relevant work experience preferred
Excellent verbal skills required
Able to use effective listening skills in selecting appropriate customer offers
A real self-starter with a driven attitude
Ability to work nights and weekends
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Occasional, irregular hours.
Regular walking, bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, and/or reaching to access job-related materials.
You must be able to stand inclement weather as this is a door to door position. ( We do not work in all weather)
Schedule is Mon-Fri 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm Saturdays from 9am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, or 2pm-6pm. We are closed on Sundays and we do not work the day before or after certain holidays.
Training will begin on Saturday November 30, 2013
This is a 1099 position. No benefits or base salary.
