Functional Skills:
Self Starter and be able to perform work with minimal supervisory direction
Strong Oral and written skills.
Ability to take ownership; to anticipate and handle critical situations
Certification: CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator)
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain XenApps 5 and 6.5 environments.
Troubleshoot issues that end users are facing with Xen Apps.
Troubleshoot Xen Desktop related issues.
Knowledge of Windows 2003 Server and Windows Server 2008 R2.
Install, support and maintain infrastructure according to best practices.
Excellent trouble-shooting skills. Ability to manage/support Citrix application builds & release cycles Ability to assist in the monitoring and optimization of Citrix
Provide regular Status report and document the process including daily troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with end users regularly to reduce the number of issues
Actively use the CA service desk ticketing system to initially log and follow up on Customer's incidents and issues.
Initiate improvements; propose ideas to improve the overall quality of the product lines.
OLAEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
