Summary:
The Information Architect is
responsible
for developing IA documentation (e.g. site maps, navigation models, content models, wireframes) for web sites and mobile applications. The role of the Information Architect is to help discover and articulate a positive user experience. The Information Architect does this by working directly with the client and across disciplines within the agency.
Responsibilities:
o Assists in the formulation of strategy
o Assures brand consistency and continuity across user experiences
o Identifies user/business requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling; meeting with focus groups
o Uses simple pictures and complex linguistic structures to assist the team and the client in explaining and understanding the nature of the experiences that consumers will have with the client's brand, products and collateral
o Participates in immersive user research, concept testing, usability testing, and analytics
o Designs the user experience for a variety of projects and platforms
o Creates wireframes, mock-ups and detailed design specifications to define interfaces
o Translates user needs and audience analysis into IA concepts and interaction recommendations
o Brings fresh ideas and perspective to streamlining functionality
o Collaborating with producers, strategists, creative talent and technologists to create innovative and exciting user experiences
Skills / Abilities:
o Solid understanding of information architecture principles
o Firm understanding of user-centered design processes
o A strong understanding of digital development and design from prior related roles such as interactive designer and/or developer will be considered an asset
o Ideal candidate will have five plus years in the role of User Experience Designer and/or Information Architect and possess a strong passion for their practice by researching, writing and using best practices
o Candidate must possess strong design and conceptual skills to capture, translate and design business and functional requirements into applications and websites user interfaces
o Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
o Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization (internal as well as with clients), fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
o Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast paced dynamic environment
o Background in direct marketing (TV and internet) preferred but not required
o

o High level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy and speed required
o Advanced Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills with aggressive decision making nature

Requirements:
o 5
years experience in Interaction Design, Information Architecture or User Experience Design
o Experience producing wireframes, user and process flows
o Strong graphic design and UI sensibility
o Proficiency with Visio, Axure and MS Office
o Familiarity with Adobe Suite or similar products, OmniGraffle
o Demonstrated mastery of UX best practices
o Proficiency in responsive design
o Conceptual and strategic thinking skills
o Ability to capture and document stakeholder and project requirements
o Ability to create functional specification & project brief documentation
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Ability to effectively lead team meetings and demonstrated presentation skills to deliver UX recommendations clients and project teamsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
