years of experience for a Systems Administrator role with one of our top clients in Waverly, IA. This is a full time hire role with an extensive benefits package as well as other perks and pluses. This role is quite urgent since the Systems Administrator is the POC for all of IT. Without a qualified person in this role, the company is experiencing holes and gaps in their technology standards.

Position Overview:
This Systems Administrator position will allow extreme levels of autonomy for the right person. Since this is the go to for all that is IT, you will have high visibility with all individuals in the organization, from the president, to sale, to customer service, to manufacturing and logistics. The company is currently moving to a new ERP system so this role will take the lead on that project, along with many more to come.
Qualifications for a Systems Administrator:
AA or higher degree or equivalent certifications in IT, Systems, MS, etc.
2
years experience as a Systems Administrator or desktop support role
Microsoft package knowledge - Active Directory, Exchange, etc.
Can comfortable with a 3rd party network company as needed
Some networking - VPN, Routing, Switches
Firewalls, Backups, and Anti-Virus knowledge of some level
