Overview:
My client is looking for a Sr. iOS developer with a passion for creating engaging video apps. They are building a mobile and web service that enables users to capture their favorite moments from live sports, reality, and prime time TV shows and share them with their social networks.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in the development of our iOS apps
Collaborate with our product team to help design new, compelling features to extend and enhance our iOS app
Implement those new app features as part of a small, focused engineering team
Collaborate with the platform engineering team to help define the REST APIs used in the implementation of our mobile apps
Mentor team members and help define best practices for iOS development
Preferred
Experience:
Knowledge of Objective-C and Cocoa
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Functional knowledge of the iOS SDK
Past experience writing and releasing iOS applications
Familiarity with building apps that utilize REST APIs and cloud
services
6 or more years experience (4 or more in the mobile)
Experience working with audio and video a plus
Education:
B.S. in
computer
Science or related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
