We have a mortgage industry client with an immediate need for 5 Customer Service Specialists for their location in downtown Seattle, WA. These are contract positions, with an estimated duration of 9 months. Pay rate is $15/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
6 months soft Collections experience preferred.

JOB
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from borrowers and 3rd parties regarding the Reverse Mortgage product.
Negotiate repayment of delinquent property charges.
Meet inbound and outbound call, repayment agreement, and other productivity goals.
Work with other teams within the department to successfully respond to borrower and 3rd party requests.
