Experienced Bookkeeper - Part-Time Position - Atlanta area
Duties will include:
1.
Order entry/invoicing 2.
Weekly payroll 3.
Government payroll payments and appropriate reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) 4.
Bank reconciliations 5.
Receivables and Payables 6.
Sales Tax filings 7.
Financial reports and statements (weekly and monthly) 8.
Maintaining accounting files 9.
Communicate with accountant 10.
Any and all other items and procedures necessary to maintain accurate financials This is a non-smoking business.
