Key Accountabilities
Accounts Payable- oversight of entire payables process from evaluation and creation of vendors including coordination of outsourced processing of payables, monthly and year-end tax reporting, monitoring of D & B account
Accounts Receivable/ Cash processing - including processing daily deposits and customer credit card payments, prepare various reports for monthly invoicing
Taxes - prepare various domestic and international tax returns
Month End Close:
Fixed Assets
Capitalization of R&D
Review reconciliations for various accounts
Account analysis and record JEs for various accounts:
Commercial Finance- assist with various contract reviews and training items
Qualifications
Mandatory
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience
CPA
Manufacturing experience preferred
FP&A experience preferred
Proficient at Microsoft Office products
Candidate must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues is critical.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate with all levels of employees, management, customers and vendors
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential mattersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
