Summary:
Our Louisville, Kentucky healthcare client is seeking an HR/Payroll Systems Business/Data/Testing Analyst for a 6-9 month contract. General tasks include:
Serve as Business, Data and Testing Analyst on HR/Payroll applications as part of HR Information Systems team supporting SAP HR/Payroll/Org Management projects.
Consult with business end users, project
manager
, and other project team members to gather business, functional and testing requirements, and determine application configuration necessary to support these requirements.
Write business, functional and testing specifications based on consultations with business end users, project manager, third party vendors and other project team members. This includes test plans, test scripts, layouts for reports, as well as workflow diagrams, and detailed configuration requirements.
Conduct structured testing and data analysis against HR/Payroll related data.
Create test plans (scripts and use cases) and manage the project testing phase.
Leverage technology, such as Excel or Access, to perform detailed data analysis, as part of project testing.
Requirements & Preferences:
Good understanding of HR and Payroll principles.
Experience with HR/Payroll applications required - SAP preferred.
Experience with Accounting or Payroll related data analysis and testing required.
Strong Excel skills required, Access experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and lead small projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact effectively with other internal I/S departments, external vendors and upper management.
Bachelor's degree in
computer
Science/Analysis or Accounting preferred.
PMP or Business Analyst certification a plus.
Project management experience preferred.
3
years' analysis experience required. A combination of education, certification, knowledge and less experience may qualify.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
