Facilitate the resolution of technical and process related issues through training of managers and employees and escalation with outsourced providers.
Assist in end-users conversion and support problems during PC migration and system enhancement projects.
Facilitate the process of onboarding new employees with respect to office equipment requirements and establishment of account for business systems.
Support site focused compliance audits to ensure policy and procedure alignment
Utilize current knowledge to perform root cause analyze and improve best practices currently used.
Administration of Xerox program for print services at the local level, ensuring reliable services and prompt support response.
AA/AS degree w/1 3
years experience; BA/BS degree w/0 2
years experience Relevant studies or certifications in Information Technology and/or
computer

Experience supporting Windows based systems in an Enterprise environment
Strong customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to accurately described technical information to a non-technical customer
