Results Expected:
2.
Maintains quality of produced parts by using necessary fixtures, inspecting parts in process and making process adjustments as required.
3.
Maintains required production rates by following established procedures or determining most optimum procedures if none exist.
4.
Maintains a minimum of wasted material by calculating the best way to shear blanks.
6.
Documents personal labor and compensation records by accurately completing time sheets and related documentation.
7.
Assists in achieving the goals of the company by performing other duties as assigned.

Working knowledge of math.
In-depth knowledge of computer numerical controlled (CNC) punch press, conventional shears and press brakes.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand all drawings, written instructions and inspection equipment required to perform the job.
Knowledge normally gained through two years of sheetmetal experience including working with tight tolerances.
Job requires standing or sitting 80% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequently lifting up to 20 pounds.
Additional hazardous waste management duties may be required.
