Job Description We are seeking an Office Manager for our well established funeral home in the area.
You must be caring and compassionate along with great communications skills.
This is a long term position to become part of our funeral home family.
Position:
Resolve escalated issues as needed Handle receipts, office filing, and daily phone calls Handle payments, deposits and contract processing Maintain compliance procedures and reports Scheduling and coordinating staff for services Interact with all levels of personnel including customers and management Requirements:
High School graduate and some college coursework required; Associate s degree is recommended Experienced administrative professional preferably in a service related environment and office with contract processing as part of the function Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work proactively and positively with staff and customer Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be self-starter and team player.
Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask Customer service oriented Ability to work well in a team environment and establish good rapport at all levels of the organization Must be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and independent judgment Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
