Highly respected Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative for their Woodland office.
The primary role of this person will be to utilize their customer service skills and create a positive first impression of the agency to clients DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Learn products, services, and world-class business techniques.
Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information.
Getting to the root of any customer issues, while solving them quickly and professionally.
Generate and track daily/weekly/monthly progress and result.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent.
Have strong listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Have the ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction, as well as multi-task.
Maintain a consistent positive attitude and resiliency in spite of obstacles and adversity.
Self-motivated and is goal oriented.
Be extremely comfortable navigating on a computer and proficient with Microsoft Office products Be professional and highly customer-focused.
Be trustworthy, punctual, dependable, and ethical.
Be able to clear background check.
Have the desire to potentially grow within the agency and obtain California insurance license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
