**Working Paving Foreman** (Torrance, CA)
FULL TIME WORKING FOREMAN Immediate opening for a working foreman with minimum 10 years experience in the asphalt paving, concrete construction and grading industries.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have a clean driving record.
-Must be able to read plans.
-Must be able to manage a crew of 3 to 7 workers.
-Must be able to complete and submit paperwork.
-10
years experience in the building, asphalt and/or concrete industries.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
-Must have verifiable local references with 10
years experience.
