Office Manager Used Auto Parts (Mandarin)
Duties include giving cusomters tracking numbers, and processing orders thru Quickbooks.
Also do standard profit and loss excel spreadsheets.
This job included talking to customers throughout the Nation and dealing with the logistics of Freight and UPSn and Fed ex.
You will also handle commission spreadsheets for the sals team.
This is a very fast paced environment and requires an outgoing positive attitude that doesn't mind talking to sevveral customer on the phone each day.
As we grow the Office manager will only hadle pay sheets, accounting, and train a another logistics person to relay tracking numbers to cusomters.
Once we grow to this level, the office manager will make $12-$15 an hour.
