Sales Representative- Account Development (Antioch, IL)

The continued roll will include:
The SRAD develops new accounts and maintains house account.
The SRAD suggests and sells FPP's product solutions directly to current and potential clients.
The SRAD is responsible for developing, managing and updating a pipeline of sales leads through an Opportunity Management (OM) system.
The SRAD must develop an extensive knowledge of FPP's products and services.
Potential for growth and advancement within the FPP Sales structure (regional Key Accounts Managers and Distribution Sales Representatives and Managers).
The Primary Responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:
Working directly with prospective customers to assess their packaging needs and sales potential.
Report on success of quotations, sales forecasting, and new lead generation.
Travel as necessary to support existing and potential new accounts (about 10% to start).
Secondary Responsibilities are but not limited too:
Attend industry events and product shows to support the company or key accounts.
Skills, Education, Attributes and Aptitudes Required:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service; manufacturing background preferred.
Commitment to ongoing learning education and skills improvement.
Fluency in MS Office Programs Ability to utilize ERP system.
Excellent communicative, organizational and planning skills.
Aptitude for learning new processes and computer systems.
Setting customers' and colleagues' expectations clearly, with a desire to achieve and surpass those expectations.
Goal and achievement oriented.
Travel several days per month to visit new and existing customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
