Ability to develop a strong understanding of statistical methods.
Must be Green Belt certified or become within 12 months of taking job.

Have a sound understanding of FOSS NIR technologies and WIN:
ISI software applications desired.
Must become trained in maintenance of NIR technologies within 3 months of taking job.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Sound interpersonal and communication skills (Oral and Written), with a demonstrated ability to educate and train others in the implementation of new tools and applications.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimual supervision :
Availability to work a variety of shifts/hours to get the job done :
Effective time management and organization skills :
Ability to set and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction :
