Harvest on Main is located in the mountains of north Georgia, 90 minutes from Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN.
At Harvest on Main, our core philosophy is the integrity of the ingredient.
We strive to be a farm to table restaurant, a practice honored by our James Beard Nominated Executive Chef/Owner Danny Mellman for more than 30 years.
The cuisine is new American, rooted in an ecclectic blend of a French-trained chef and southern fare.
We work directly with Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina farms to support a daily changing menu.
Requirements:
At least 2 years culinary experience in fine dining establishments (line cook) At least 4 years culinary experience in fine dining establishments (sous chef) Possess a firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
