Complex Care Manager - Memorial Health (Tustin, CA)
Experience:
Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of complex care management experience.
2 years work experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred:
Navigation of Share Point or equivalent experience navigating internal company intranet preferred.
Experience documenting in an electronic medical record or electronic health record preferred.
Experience performing medical management (UM / CM) in electronic referral / case management application preferred.
1 year applying NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) SNP (Special Needs Plans); DMHC (Department of Managed Health Care).
Experience with ICE (Industry Collaborative Effort) denial language.
Education:
Minimum of an Associate s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Prefer a Bachelor of Science Nursing.
Must have a Current California Registered Nurse (RN).
