Clinical Manager This is a unique opportunity inspiration, and counseling to staff members, and coordinate all aspects of train, lead a team, and ensure quality control and compliance with laws and regulations.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports FMCNAs mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
Ensure provision of quality patient care while maintaining cost:
effective clinical operations in accordance with all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements and programs.
Adheres to all requirements of the FMCNA Compliance Program, and FMS patient care and administrative policies As the clinical leader, has the authority to make daily decisions to ensure continuity of care Responsible for driving the FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
