Select All That Apply Physical Therapy Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy.
Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice as required.
Must be able to travel as needed to perform job.
Pass post:
offer drug test, and pass post:
employment physical exam if required.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Preferred Qualifications Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must possess problem:
solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Essential Job Functions Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers and other health care workers; Participates in the Q and A process for rehab related issues.
Accuracy in completion of MDS items per workflow model.
