Assist Technicians in trouble-shooting, start-up of lines on the Aquatraxx extrusion machines as required to meet product specifications.
Must ensure quality specifications.
Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances.
Some machines may be numerically controlled by computer.
Perform tests, evaluations and checks product routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices.
Ability to make judgments while performing testing and checking product with no measuring work standards.
Follow all procedures for the accumulation, labeling, storage and inspection of materials.
Maintains production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
Perform other duties as assigned or are not included here but are within the content of duties defined.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving.
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in Quality Assurance Inspection Instructions for Aquatraxx products.
Ability to have good communication skills with higher level technical personnel and management, reporting any malfunctions and/or abnormalities in a timely manner due to fast paced environment.
Familiar with resin processing and SPC preferred.
Advanced mathematical and computer skills are required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationship with Managers and Supervisors.
Must have demonstrated past experiences of innovation.
Proficient in the English language Mechanically inclined to change dies.
Required Experience 2 to 3 years in manufactoring or extrusion inviroment preffered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
