o Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine marketing issues using independent judgment o Must be able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate marketing operations and have a divisional effect Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred:
o Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking / market analysis /competitive analysis / consumer behavior o Strong communication / presentation skills o Strong customer service orientation o Strong financial acumen related to conducting ROI, NPV, TCO and other analyses o Must have ability to effectively lead a small team (2-3) not direct reports but work on OR Solutions projects o Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with technical Stryker employees and vendors o Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment o Must be detail oriented and possess conceptual/creative thinking skills o Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish (and re-establish) priorities for self and team Education/Special Training Required:
