Apply Here>> We need Leaders! Our current opportunity is for a Service Technician who will perform various maintenance and repair duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community/properties under the direction of the Service and Community Managers.
He or she will repair and improve vacant properties for a market-ready status.
The Service Technician will work as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs various community maintenance functions; records activity in maintenance log Assists Service Manager in maintaining all physical aspects of the community Assumes emergency on-call duty Inspects move-outs daily and updates move-in schedule May assist in monitoring, reporting and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies Performs preventative maintenance of building components and/or mechanicals Reports any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Service Manger Attends all instructional classes conducted and all in-house training sessions as required Competencies/Skills:
Maintenance Knowledge Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lock key, swimming pool, spa management, boilers and chillers operations Customer Service Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds timely to customer needs; strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy Communication Ability to communicate needed requirements in English Problem Solving and Planning Ability to analyze and anticipate obstacles, plan, organize and look for available resources Education/
Experience:
High school or equivalent 2 years of hands-on general maintenance experience Ability to read and write English required; bi-lingual a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Certification for HVAC service calls Physical Demands:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
