Customer Service Associate/Sales Manager

A local online retailer is looking for a customer service associate/sales manager.

Sales experience; Prefer at least 6 months of inside sales experience but willing to train the right candidate.
Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Docs a plus. Must be able to navigate internet proficiently.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
