Responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of contractor services and proactively resolve problems.
Document, and ensure adherence to processes and procedures supporting the overall rental and preservation strategy.
Compile data for summaries and analysis.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and efforts towards achieving resolution.
Ownership for quality and standard of work approved by contractors.
Support and assist the senior team members, vendor and subcontractors nationally, brokers and Project Managers as appropriate.
Work closely with other departments to satisfy customer needs.
Requirements Required skills:
