Install and upgrade software and equipment
Troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery
Administration of Avaya IP Office Telecommunication Systems
Maintain routing tables and DNS
Administration of AWS EC2 Virtual Servers, Microsoft based domain servers, Exchange servers, and SQL database servers
Manage NAS Storage Systems
Maintain company IT Security, particularly PCI-DSS
Maintain security camera system
PowerShell and CLI
Administration of Group Policy and Active Directory
Maintain Netgear UTM Firewall/Routers
