Executive Chef

Wasatch Premier Hospitality currently has an opening for an Executive Chef at the Copper Mill Restaurant. Candidates must possess at least one year of management experience as well as experience in the back of house and catering. Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide quality service to restaurant and catering guests at a variety of events.
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
- Oversee restaurant operations and sales.
- Strong production ability.
- Maintain food and labor costs.
- Inventory control and purchasing.
- Supervise preparation of the most up-to-date cuisine, provide weekly specials, and any menu changes.
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Train and motivate staff.
- Organize and supervise the shifts of kitchen.
- Assist Marketing Manager in marketing and advertising for the Restaurant.
- Any other job related duties will be performed as needed.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detailed-oriented flexible and able to multi-task.
- Willing to put in overtime when needed.
- Good organizational and time management skills a must.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
