As a Wireless Technician III you will inspect, refurbish, test, program, tune, troubleshoot and repair complex radio frequency electro-mechanical devices. You will work from complex schematics and diagrams, and utilize various tools to troubleshoot faults to the component level. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, fix and replace internal hardware components such as system boards, memory, hard drives, PCI cards, etc Use experience with device manager to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software issues involving Windows and MSOS (Microsoft Operating System) Conduct root case failure analysis and troubleshooting on suspected defective equipment Perform component level and board repairs Test, identify and report root cause deficiencies Perform repetitive electromechanical assembly using hand and electric tools to include soldering/desoldering Identify routine process deficiencies and recommend improvements Work with care and urgency in order to meet production goals Follow SOP and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills/Experience Associates or technical degree in electronics or related field Proficiency in analog, digital and RF disciplines Experience with troubleshooting and resolving MSOS issues Experience with resolving networking issues Familiarity with the device manager Proficiency with soldering and desoldering Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays as needed Desired Skills/Experience One year of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Two years related experience We offer comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees including medical, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance, 401k with profit sharing, generous paid time off and much more.
