Experienced Maintenance Worker
Full-time skilled, experienced maintenance person needed to maintain and repair large apartment complex.
Main duties include readying units for move in tenants. Skills needed would be PAINT/PATCH and maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all aspects of the buildings and grounds throughout the property. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and occasionally, on call after hours.
MUST HAVE ONE YEAR VERIFIABLE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. Must have basic skills necessary for the job including painting/patching, plumbing, sprinkler repair, simple carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing. Pay is based on experience. Some equipment and tools provided. MUST LIVE IN IMMEDIATE AREA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
