Up to a $3000 hiring bonus
The largest Honda dealership in Utah is currently seeking highly motivated, career
minded sales professionals for our E-Commerce department and sales floor.
- Role and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Greeting Customers on the lot in a professional manner and working to gain immediate
trust and rapport
Conducting consultative fact-finding to ensure we're able to find the right vehicle that
fits our customer's unique needs and wants
Placing outbound follow-up calls to previous customers and prospective customers with
an emphasis on appointment setting and problem solving
Qualification and Education requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid, current drivers license
Highly self-motivated, process oriented, with a burning desire to learn and achieve in a
team environment
Be teachable and receptive to specific sales related training and coaching
Be able to present yourself in a clean, professional manner and adhere to a dress code
Possess good phone skills and be comfortable placing and receiving a high volume of
sales calls
Possess a general understanding and working knowledge of personal computers
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, outside, in in-climate weather conditions
No previous sales experience or specific education required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
