We are looking for a Sales Administrator to contact small business owners, gather critical information for an application, and connect them with the right lender.

The role requires someone who possesses the aptitude to understand the needs and speak the language of our small business owner clientele, and someone who is excellent in drawing out information from sometimes hard to reach clients. Our goal is to help them succeed in obtaining financing to continue their small business dreams.
Requirements:
Heavy phone work - you'll be talking with small business owners to gather an application package
Manage the collection process of gathering documentation from prospective clients
Problem solving skills and being able to think quickly. Must be able to identify problems and find options to overcome the problem(s)
Build Rapport and Trust with the small business owner
Communicate effectively with small business owners keeping them engaged and happy
Organized and comfortable utilizing a variety of communication tools and software packages to gather information including word processing program(s), spreadsheets, email, fax, and scanner
Qualifications:
Attention to detail, willingness to track down information and obtain it
Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate professionally
High standards of service quality and a sense of urgency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Ability to think strategically, solve problems and give candid feedback
Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
SalesForce.com or other CRM experience are a plus
Previous phone sales experience are also a plus
Knowledge of underwriting and or financial background preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
