Provide clerical support and coordination for human resources and payroll related duties as it relates to operations under the direction and supervision of Human Resources.

Recruiting:
posting Ad's, screening candidates, scheduling interviews Onboarding, new hire paperwork and orientation Time sheets and payroll related issues Employee relations, coaching and disciplinary action Offboarding and unemployment claims Filing Leaves of absences Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
SKILLS/
Qualifications:
3
years' experience as an HR Coordinator or a position where you handled HR and payroll duties.
Handled a headcount of 300
employees Bi-lingual English/Spanish Preferred HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) or Associates Degree Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Payroll and ATS software experience such as Kronos, ADP, or Paychex Organizational and Multi-Tasking Accurate and detail oriented Deadline oriented with excellent time management skills Must be able to work independently Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of management Able to facilitate conversations between employees and bring resolution to conflict Thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment #Admin Job Type:
