0 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description SAM Nutrition is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Compliance) to join our dynamic team in Bloomington, MN.
We are a growing company, which has doubled in size over the last 3 year.
Fast paced and fun work environment with a great team! The main role of this position will be ensuring proper documentation handling and archiving of all EHS and Compliance documentation and reporting.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Maintain product documentation, including but not limited to Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, etc.
Process Quality Documents in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, CDC, USDA, FDA, and State & County Health Departments.
Supports the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices.
May perform tasks necessary in responding to document and information requests from internal and external sources.
Assist with training initiatives that inform employees about compliance requirements.
Assist with facility EHS program.
Skills and
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in data management, report filing, and document processing.
Highly analytical, thorough, and able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong attention to detail and organization of documentation.
Strong social skills:
the ability to work and communicate effectively.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
