Head of Community (NBA Top Shot)

We're looking for an experienced community leader who can bring a data-driven approach to scaling community while giving everyone a transformative experience. The ideal candidate has built and managed teams for multi-million member communities on discord and/or social with a culture of data-driven decision-making, making appropriate use of tooling and analytics, custom apps built on top of APIs, etc. We're looking to adopt and then push beyond the best playbooks and processes for scaling up community. Remote OK, working on Pacific Time and traveling to Vancouver when needed Jobs to be done:
Establish and own the day-to-day rhythm of the NBA Top Shot community, building harmony across full time team members and mods as well as the rest of the Top Shot organization (live operations, marketing, product, etc.). Find ways to innovate and activate our community, turning community members into evangelists of NBA Top Shot. Work closely with athlete and influencer relations team to highlight our most VIP community members in a way that adds value to everyone. Establish industry best practices for community management while innovating, experimenting, and pushing boundaries as is the Dapper Labs culture. Scale community team, hiring the right talent and mentoring our current leaders while working with external firms to accelerate progress. Establish lean structures, agile processes, and effective tooling to enable teams to build iteratively at high speed and quickly scale across multiple products. Set and track goals and metrics for the community organization to ensure accountability and delivery.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
