As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Artist Development team, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of emerging and established artists. Your role will be both external, partner-facing, and internal with many cross-functional initiatives. You will balance business development and operations at scale. You'll work to identify and engage with a set of artists, promoting strategic initiatives to drive partner satisfaction and results, and optimizing partner performance on platform. You will cultivate relationships in the music industry, in tandem with demonstrating an effective understanding of trends in the market to drive results. Additionally, you'll resolve technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational support for music partners on the YouTube platform and provide exceptional service to artists and their representatives. Develop and manage a portfolio of emerging and established artists, driving strategic initiatives, platform optimization, best practices, and support of engagement and product activation. Oversee the partner outreach program strategy, monitor artist insights, and deliver education to music partners across the industry. Identify key metrics to evaluate data quantitatively and qualitatively. Streamline operational workflows by identifying and eliminating roadblocks. Serve as a consultant to internal cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product. Work with management to define and launch strategic business initiatives. Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams in Partnerships, Global Scaled Services, Sales, Product Solutions, Marketing, Public Relations, and Product.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
