Cook - Quarry Hill Responsible for daily food preparation, assisting Executive Chef with menu planning including identifying food and supplies needed, alter or adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary needs of residents or to improve recipes. The Cook will maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen in compliance with state and federal regulations. Directs/oversee Dining Assistants to ensure proper food preparation.
