Patient Access Registration Lead Tech DEFINITION: Position will act as a resource for patient access staff, answering questions related to workflow, resolving operational issues that may arise in the absence of the department Manager or Director. This employee will act as a role model for patient access staff. Position will demonstrate and exemplify excellent customer service skills that are expected by Patient Access and promote these skills in the work area.
