Customer Service The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer communications. Principal responsibilities include handling all inbound customer communication, managing the order entry process from initial inquiry to post-shipment follow up, assisting with driving new revenue through farming existing accounts and calling on new accounts, assisting with all marketing initiatives and assuming total ownership of customer related troubleshooting and problem.
