Food Service Manager High volume cook that can handle the rigors of producing 800 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. Must have the following skills: Evaluate and maintain daily production records. Order food with at least a week's lead time. Plan and schedule staffing to produce 800 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. Help in preparation of meals.
