Executive Assistant Job Description Principal Accountabilities1. Prepares materials needed by the CEO and senior staff for conferences, appointments, meetings, or telephone calls, and informs CEO on matters to be considered. Frequently drafts letters for signature or responds to inquiries without further review. Screens calls and either refers them to senior staff for resolution or gathers background data needed for manager's response.
