Customer Service Representative We need a Customer Service Representative to communicate the coverage determination and re-determination process with: -Physicians -Nurses -Pharmacists -Patients Qualifications: -At least 6 months of customer service experience working in a pharmacy or pharmacy call center environment a call center environment -Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls per shift -Experience performing data entry -Excellent organizational skills Compensation is set at $13.74 per hour.
