Customer Service Representative Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving inbound calls, accurately entering new orders, managing status of open orders, and prompt scheduling of new orders; ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. The CSR will work closely with customers by phone to place orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and verify data. Manage all aspects of customer's sales orders from start to finish, including verifying purchase order.
