Vehicle Description 1964 Pontiac Catalina.
This Catalina was stored in Wyoming by a rancher for a long time and has its original sheet metal and interior.
The car is absolutely stunning and presents as a borderline excellent vehicle.
No excuses on this one.
No squeaks or rattles either.
Just the finest big car ride.
This big Pontiac is powered by the original 389 with power through a automatic Hydromatic transmission.
The previous owner pulled the engine and transmission and re-sealed and detailed them.
The engine and transmission are as smooth as it gets.
It has a new exhaust, power brakes and power steering.
The car is equipped with a Light Group, AM radio, electric clock(not working), park brake lamp, deluxe steering wheel and back up lamps.
There is a small tear on the drivers seat near the passenger seat as well as small scuffing near the driver's sill plate.
Other than that, the interior is near perfect.
As mentioned the body panels are all original and rust free.
Many of the body part number stampings are visible.
The original build sheet is included.
Approximately 4 years ago, the body was re-painted in its original Sun Fire Red.
The top was painted in its original Cameo white.
The bumpers and trim have also been restored and are quite beautiful.
Some Day 2 items were tastefully added as well.
The car features sport wheels and dual redline tires to give it a bit of a look.
Not that it needs it.
This car is formerly from the famous Bryan Frank Collection and was featured in video on Steve Magnante's Body Double.
One famous commentator made the remark that, This 1964 Catalina is probably the nicest in existence.
Come look at this beauty and judge for yourself.
The car is located in Prattville, Alabama.
I'm a driver and car guy.
Not a dealer.
If we can't make a deal I'll buy your ticket or gas home.
