Matthew (Founder of LTLR) has been sober since January 3, 2011 which gives him eleven years of sobriety and first-hand experience. Matthew is passionate about recovery and the impact it can have on a person’s life. Matthew’s philosophy of recovery is to “learn to live again” which allows residents to learn about themselves, live with a positive mindset focused on self-improvement, and find a recovery path that does not just produce long term recovery, but overall happiness and success in life.
LTLR tailors their programs to residents Individualized supports including:
o Case Management o Occupational support (Such as: resume building, strengths-based testing) o Educational support o Recovery coaching/Goal tracking o 12-step immersion/Engagement o Transition planning o LTL is a Data-Driven program and uses data tracking to map the progress of our residents throughout the progress.
Learning Activities: Professionals are brought in to facilitate hands-on learning and skills-based opportunities.
A meaningful life includes learning to have fun without drugs or alcohol & we make sure you have these skills before graduating our program. At LTL we believe in the power of sober experiences. We expose our residents to a multitude of fun in recovery events on a weekly basis to help cultivate healthy hobbies and a help build a recovery lifestyle.

Each resident will have access to a gym membership. Exercise is motivating and can do wonders for people in recovery. The house will have several activities seasonally designed to build community including bowling, paintball, movies, sports, and more.
