We are searching for an Operations Supervisor - Food, Beverage, & Retail Services to be the heartbeat of our unique outdoor hospitality destinations.

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll ensure our Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Retail operations run smoothly to provide our guests with a seamless and memorable stay beneath the stars.

Who You Are:

• A hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and the outdoors
• Experienced with PMS and POS systems
• A detail-oriented people-person dedicated to guest service
• Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities

Your
Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee food & beverage operations
• Support front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-ins and guest relations
• Maintain an appealing and well-stocked retail environment
• Train, schedule, and motivate a top-notch team dedicated to hospitality
• Address guest challenges efficiently, enhancing their experience

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years in hotel front desk or guest services leadership
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• A flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• (Bonus Points) A degree in Hospitality or boutique hotel experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software
