DoDAF/Mbse Systems Architect *

SimVentions, consistently voted a Best Place to Work in Virginia, is looking for a DODAF Systems Architecture and MBSE Design Engineer to join our system engineering team dedicated to supporting our government customer in delivering integrated products to the Navy's combat systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage DODAF architecture/MBSE products and initiatives supporting Large Unmanned Surface Vessel (LUSV) in support of system engineering program developmentCoordinate systems integration with multiple other naval surface combat systems such as AEGIS, Tomahawk, VLSReview and analyze system requirements and identify impacts to the appropriate requirements and/or design specificationsSupport system specification updates and associated performance enhancements and interface development/upgrade effortsMaintenance of design traceability and design documentationProvide subject matter expertise and systems engineering to maintain system design alignment with external programs of recordIdentify integration issues and system requirements discrepancies across multiple systemsCollaborate with other engineering teams in planning, design and development of systems to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibilityMaintain system and software design in model-based systems engineering toolParticipate in design working group and technical interchange meetingsRequired Skills &
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing model-based systems and digital engineering processes, principles, techniques, and procedures in the development of DODAF architectures for naval systemsExperience and knowledge in the development of architecture for AEGIS, Tomahawk, or VLS are preferredExpert knowledge of and ability with model-based systems engineering tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and/or other SysML modeling toolsPreferred Skills &
Experience:
Indepth knowledge of Naval Surface Warfare concepts and programs and architectures such as AEGIS, Tomahawk and VLSExtensive experience with MagicDraw supporting NAVSEA programs.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science.
Minimum Clearance:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
