Perform a variety of sanitation duties in patient wards, clinics, waiting rooms, outpatient facilities, research, laboratories, administrative areas, storage areas, etc. Use manual and power equipment to sweep, scrub, mom, and buff floors. Utilize approved procedures in the various cleaning operations, such as sanitizing toilets and bathroom fixtures, collecting trash, cleaning mirrors, partitions, trash containers, filling dispensers with soap and paper supplies, etc. Dust and wash window sills, walls, ceilings, furniture, vents, light globes, doors, fans, etc. Deliver clean linen and/or collect soiled linen. Remove old wax and discoloration from floors, re-waxes floors, and clean stairwells and floor mats. Remove contaminated waste, operate trash autoclave and trash compactors, and perform terminal cleaning and terminal bed discharge cleaning. Adhere to aseptic cleaning procedures designed to maintain the area in a high state of bacteriological cleanliness. Perform other related duties as assigned. Work Schedule:

Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume. Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards. SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT:
Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Duties require constant physical demands such as walking, stooping, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, carrying and bending. The incumbent consistently lifts from zero to fifty pounds and periodically lifts over fifty pounds. Incumbent must limb ladders and/or scaffolding up to twelve feet high to clean ceilings and overhead equipment that requires hand/eye and body coordination. Most sanitation activities are performed indoors. The incumbent may be exposed to dirt, dust, harsh chemicals, and irritations from cleaning agents, and contagious diseases. Incumbent may be assigned to work in different areas including surgical, medical, psychiatric or long-term wards. Incumbent may be required to work outside cleaning doors, windows, courtyards, and dock.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
