Program Finance Associate Manager

Position Description: Harris is seeking a Program Finance Manager to support a highly dynamic business area consisting of traditional development and production programs as well as government and international based products. This individual will be responsible for all financial management aspects of the assigned enterprise and will serve as a key business partner to the leadership team in driving achievement of business objectives. The financial leader will provide strategic and tactical guidance on program financial execution and pursuit development, and will assume formal supervisory responsibility for a team of financial analysts. This role will be responsible for management reporting to include financialforecasting of orders, sales, operating income and working capital. There is a specific emphasis on government contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulation cost principles, and compliance.   Job Details: Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skill set, be capable of interfacing and forming business partnerships with key leaders Be proactive in driving business deal innovation & developing solutions to complex problems. Operate effectively and make decisions with ambiguous information Excel at communications (oral, written, and listening), provide presentations to executive management. Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of PFAs with varying levels of experience. Develop and analyze business cases; including financial, accounting, tax, and compliance implications. Qualifications:  BSBA degree.  6+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, and Financial Forecasting tools.  Experience with business acquisition process, program execution, financialforecasting and modeling.  Thorough understanding of the usage of various discretionary resources (IR&D, Direct Selling, B&P, Capital).  Experience with GAAP and FASB, Government Contracting Accounting Principles (FAR's/DFAR's), SOX, Proposal Pricing and Earned Value Management and Scheduling for program control.      Preferred Additional Skills: International experiencedesired (but not required). Commercial products experiencedesired (but not required). The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
