Summary:
Signature Consultants is seeking a Product Manager for an opportunity in the Charlotte, NC area.
The qualified Product Manager will work closely with business and technical teams to develop project requirements, user story maps and, journey maps.
The Product Manager must have very thorough knowledge of the actual product from inception, as well as business analyst best practices.
Product road mapping and determining the biggest bang for the buck/prioritization of the product usage is also key.
Will work closely with stakeholders, the UX group, and engineers to produce the high business value applications (products).
The ideal candidate will have experience creating requirements, user stories specifically for digital based products and understand web site terminology as well as navigation of web sites.
Responsibilities:
Define business and functional requirements on behalf of the business to provide to key users/engineers for implementation.
Partner with the engineers/UX teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and met by the development teams Ability to lead meeting and drive key stakeholders to decisions Create documentation that will help prepare and train customer facing individuals Create process flows and document business rules Partner with UX on wireframes, and engage in Business Acceptance Testing Understand the applications supporting the users, their capabilities and limitations.
Assist the business users in developing business cases, including costs, benefits, and risks analysis.
Work with IT to determine best technical solution to achieve objectives.
Serve as subject matter expert with content, processes, and procedures associated with the design of efficient, cost effective solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current user experience/website industry standards and best practices.
Minimum
Qualifications:
BS/MS in marketing, finance, or engineering 6
years in Digital or Banking as a product owner/consultant 3
years of business analysis or development, at least 2 in web or mobile environments Preferred
Experience:
Experience working with business owners to understand business needs and opportunities for the use of technology to improve their processes and help them meet their business objectives.
Provided very customer focused and responsive support to business needs.
